December 15, 2004: North Conway Village with Mt
Washington in the Background.

December 15, 2004: A great day in the Valley. This is
Mount Washington and Presidential Range taken from Route 16 at
Intervale. The little bump in the foreground with a house
visible is the new Pear Mountain Development. There are still a
couple of houses for sale there starting at $1.2 million.
December 8: We got about 4 inches of heavy wet
snow and sleet last night. View from office.

October 28 2004: Paving the back road from Cottage #8,
to the dumpster and up to the motel units:

October 23, 2004: Here is a good portion of the Eliason Clan
having their get together at Sky Valley.

October 21: View taken from the shoulder of Mount Attitash, near
the Top Notch Condos. Looking West into Crawford Notch.

October 14, 2004 Frank Penny from Nova Scotia perusing

Oct 10 2004: About 6 p.m. looking west from the
Office:

October 3, 2004: Here's the Apartment Building
without the front hedge. Apartment "C" now gets a nice
view out to the playground field.

October 2, 2004: David playing with the chain saw...I still have
all my fingers too.

September 29: Your rental dollars at work...Chalet 3 gets a new
roof.

September 19: Took a little drive up through Crawford
Notch a few days ago. Here's the view looking east, down the
Notch.

September 19: We even got to see the Conway Scenic Railroad
Train go over the trestle.

September 19: Here's another picture of the Buick.
The inside is near perfect condition. Would make a great winter car
project for some clever person. It's still for sale and blocking
up my lawn-mower shed.

September 12, 2004: Here's David Eliason enjoying the afternoon
sun on the motel porch.

September 1: Here's the Buick moving team. It took all
five of us to push it into this shed. Hopefully we can sell it
before snow flies! The license plate is dated 1975.
It has been stored inside since then.
August 30, 2004: Early this morning Mrs Ferro
encountered this big bruin on top of the dumpster with two cubs.
The two yellow ear tags indicate it's a "problem-bear" and
has had run-ins with the law before. Since our dumpster is
always barred there was no meal here.

August 18,, 2004: Brother "Hap" pulled
up today with a big truck and took away our 25 year old wood
pile. I guess he will be building something now:

August 18, 2004: Here are the wood movers, Brother Hap, Lorraine
and Maggi....I helped too.

August 14, 2004: Cousin Bob Eliason from Virginia
is on his way home after hiking the Cohos trail to the Canadian
Border. That's Dave Eliason on the right.
August 10, 2004: Tame deer (Bucky) came wandering in from
somewhere and hung around for a few hours.

July 29: Folks on the swings in the Center
field.

July 29: The south field freshly mown:

July 20: 5 in the morning. Fog is rolling
down the Saco River Valley in Bartlett. The Village is under the
fog on the extreme left. The Mountains from left to right
include Wildcat, Iron, Langdon, Pickering, Stanton Doublehead and
Kearsarge North. This picture is worth the time it takes to see
the bigger version.
July 19, 2004: Our colder and rainier than usual
summer continues along. The flowers are about 2 weeks behind
where they should be.

June 30: For those of you who were here last
summer you'll be Glad to see Dave MacLeod is back at the front desk
again:

June 30: Vermont Mutual Insurance Company take
note, here are the deck railings you wanted installed. The West
Deck was done a few days ago:

June 27: Here's the view from the West Deck of
Chalet #3. That's Mount Tremont sticking up in the distance.

June 19: Cree and Heath get themselves a boat!

June 5, One of several huge Jade plants that my son
Ramsay grew from one leaf when he was in the 8th grade. I think
that was about 10 years ago.
June 5, The swimming pool finished filling up last
night and it looks a lot nicer than it feels right now. It's
temperature is probably in the upper 50's today.

June 5, 2004: The playground, such as
it is, looking east towards Mt Attitash. There are swings,
tether ball, see/saw, volleyball net and horse shoe pits. The
insurance company has their own ideas about our playground and like it
just the way it is.

June 4, 2004: The "piney-forest" at the
west end of the property. David planted these trees while in
High School in 1965. He worked for two weeks pulling up and
bundling little seedlings for Western Maine Nurseries in
Fryeburg. These were little trees that didn't make the grade and
they gave them away to us "migrant workers". The
temporary job only lasted three weeks.

June 3, 2004: Patio near Motel Unit 11, overlooking the
vegetable garden that we haven't had time to plant yet. 
June 2, 2004: The main office and David's Eco-Art.
June 2, 2004: The little garden is blooming today.

June 1 2004 Pool is about half full of very frigid
water:

May 27 The porch plants are coming along good.
Gladiolas are just peeping out from under the red bark
mulch. The motel units are off in the background.

May 27, 2004: Planting time has arrived...along
with a new toy.

May 27: Two happy tourists heading home to Plymouth:
May 15, 2004: A Hot day followed by later
afternoon thunder storms. A rainbow popped up off to the
east.

May 14, 2004: Here's the view from the Office
Porch today: This is looking north towards the 11-16 motel
units.

May 14, 2004: Another picture from the Office Porch.
Looking out over the gladiola bed, the Japanese Crabapple Tree is just
starting to bloom bright pink. That's Motel Units 21-24.

May 14. 2004: The view west from the office porch. Some
grass still has some winter-kill that hasn't cured itself yet.

April 21, 2004: In case you were wondering, the
Bear Notch Road IS OPEN. Here's the view from 2nd
overlook:

April 20, 2004: Here's the view from the office this
morning...Still rather bleak!

April 5, 2004: The pool survived its 48th winter
and is almost as old as me. You will notice Attitash Ski Trails
in the background with plenty of snow, but the Mountain closed
yesterday due to lack of interest.

April 4, 2004: Here's what things look
like here today. The 6 inch snowstorm we were supposed to get
never arrived.
