this is the inside of unit 12.  it also has an additional twin bed in an alcove. 

the units view the large fields in front and the childrens playground. 

no need to worry about your kids running out into the traffic.  from this unit to the main highway (rte 302) is about 900 feet.  the saco river is about 300 feet behind these units. 
free continental breakfast every day at the poolside cafe.  we also have a public computer there so you can check your e mail, the weather, or whatever needs checking.
ALL motel units are non smoking.		 you may have a small bon-fire on the beach at night if you like.
we have units that adjoin by a common hallway if you prefer more space. if you would like a unit on the end of the building (i.e. only one neighbor) ask for unit 11 or 16.

there are pic nic tables out front and you may bring along a barbecue grill if you like.
