This is Unit #12.  There is an additional Twin Size Bed back in the alcove (to the left of that red chair).  The door that you see goes to the next unit for folks who want adjoining rooms...It's a double door with insulation between to reduce noise.

This is also in Unit #12.  In this view we are looking south, out towards the office and children's playground.  That's me (Dave) making myself right at home.  I probably won't be there when you arrive.

Please Note:  We don't have air conditioning, but the windows open on the North and South sides of the room and we provide fans in all units. We usually don't need air conditioning...it is usually in the low to mid 60's at night during July and August.  All Motel Units are Non Smoking Rooms.   

This is the building where units 11 - 16 are located.  You will notice all our units are well off the main highway (Rte 302) and are situated in spacious open settings...with lawns and plantings rather than asphalt parking lots.  You can park right in front of your unit, and there is some paving there.
