 MORE THAN JUST A MOTEL!  Sky Valley is located on the banks of the Saco River.  All our units are located well off the main highway (Rte 302) in a park-like setting on 30 acres of fields and forest. Sky Valley is in a mountain valley with Mt. Washington about 20 miles to the North and Mt. Attitash just across the street.
 

We offer both traditional type Motel Units as well as 2 and 3 Bedroom Cottages.   The lower half of the aerial photo (left column) encompasses Sky Valley.
 

We provide a simple, friendly, unpretentious atmosphere catering to families and couples who enjoy our un-spoiled setting in the Central White Mountains Region.  We operate a special kind of resort for special kinds of people.  (The cottage at the top is #8,  the lower picture is #6.  Click either one for a bigger version) Use the "Quick Menu" at the top left of the page for a closer look at any unit.

You will find all our units well off the highway situated among trees and grass rather than parking lots and asphalt.  North Conway, with it's many factory outlet stores, is just ten miles away. (There are many choices of motels there for folks who feel more at home with bright lights and pavement).  If you came to see the scenery, Crawford and Pinkham notch, Mt. Washington,  or just to be in a slow paced mountain setting, then Sky Valley MIGHT be just right for you.  The motel building shown above has six large motel units (#11--#16).  Click the picture for a large version.  The picture to the left is Chalet #3.  You will note how our units are well spread out for your privacy.
