Inside Apartment "D" Topside

Apartment "D" is the upper two floors of a three story building.  It has three+ bedrooms, two full baths, kitchen and fireplace.	3 Bedrooms - 2 Bathrooms - Kitchen -  Telephone (603 374 6320 ext 133)
The photo at right is looking northwest towards the kitchen and dining area.  The folding door in the right foreground is hiding a little alcove with a Queen Size Bed.  All these pictures were taken in November 2005.
	This picture at left is also the third floor, taken from the Kitchen area looking Southeast.  The living room area has a color TV.  You will note an abundance of windows which look out to the South, East and West.  And notice, we wouldn't leave you with an empty book shelf.
This photo is taken in the second floor sitting area where a twin size bed doubles for a sofa.    The fireplace really does work.  Just to the right of the fireplace is a door leading to a full bathroom.  The bedroom to the right of the green lamp has one double bed.  The sliding door behind the curtain goes out to a flat roof, which we don't encourage using, and especially not for barbecuing.  There is a picnic table especially for you just outside your entry door for that purpose.
	Here's the same sitting area on the second floor, you will note the stairwell to the right of the television goes upstairs to the third floor and the stairwell to the left of the TV goes down to your own private entryway.  There are three bedrooms, one of which has one twin bed and the others each have one double (full sized) bed.
The maximum sleeping capacity for this unit is two people in the queen size bed on the third floor; five people in the three bedrooms on the second floor, and one person in the twin size bed in the second floor sitting area.  That's a total of 8.  Although this is a big unit we do not allow more people than the maximum sleeping space provided. All bodies are counted, including infants and babies.
SORRY, we do not allow pets in any of our units or anywhere on the premises. They are not permitted "to stay in the car" either.	Please note that this unit was constructed in the early 60's and while we make every effort to "maintain", there will always be a flavor of "old".  If you are expecting a 2007 vintage condo-type unit you will probably be disappointed with all of the Apartment A-D units.
