	FEATURES: (Click my face for audio  Fireplace - Kitchen - microwave, toaster, etc 60 Channel Cable TV - Telephone - (603-374-6320 ext 131) Bathroom with Shower. (No Tub)
This shows the Living and Dining Area in Apartment "B". The couch opens out to a double size bed.  The fireplace DOES work.    Please note the presence of windows that actually open and the lack of an air conditioner.  None Of Our Units Have Air Conditioning since we rarely need it. Its usually cool at night and we provide fans.
	And, the bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of windows.   The windows look out on a grassy yard. The bathroom in Apartment "B" has a stall type shower (no tub.)  (all photos Sep 07)
This view shows the kitchen, which has has the basic full size appliances but no dishwasher. There is a microwave and all the basic dishes, pots and pans etc are included. The door goes into bedroom.

Please note that this unit was constructed in the early 50's and while we make every effort to "maintain", there will always be a flavor of "old".  If you are expecting a 2006 vintage condo-type unit you will probably be disappointed with all of the Apartment A-D units.
