Please note that this unit was constructed in the early 50's. If you are expecting a 2007 vintage condo-type unit you will
probably be disappointed with the Apartment A-D units. We
think the pictures here tell it all.
Sept 2010: Just a note; we have been busy in the bathroom:
replaced the tub/shower, walls, floor, sink and toilet...complete
makeover. but, it's still a smallish bathroom....
back in july we replaced the dining area sliding door with a fancy
french door...
Bathroom complete re-do, sept 2010

Entry Porch to Apartments A and B. Apartment A also
has its own private entrance on the south side of building

Bartlett is "The Quiet Town". The traffic and "hooplah" is in North Conway. In miles it is only ten; but in generations of difference its incalcuable. | |
