Please note that this unit was constructed in
the early 60's and while we make every effort to "maintain", there will always
be a flavor of "old". If you are expecting a 1999 vintage condo-type unit
you will probably be disappointed with all of the Apartment A-D units.

Apartment "A" has a combination
kitchen-living-dining area. The sliding glass door leads out to a small yard.
The kitchen has regular size refrigerator, gas stove and oven. Coffee
maker,
microwave, toaster, cooking and eating equipment are provided. Sorry, No Dishwasher (that's

The two bedrooms are upstairs.
This is the larger bedroom. It has four twin beds. The second bedroom is
smaller and has one king size bed. The bathroom with tub and shower is also

The Apartment "A" building is about 50 years old but, like all our units, we try hard to keep things modernized to at least the current decade.

Sky Valley is the bottom half of this photo. That's the Saco River on the left. Mt Attitash is just out of the picture on the right.
