| Units 11, 14, 15 and 16 (above), all non smoking, each have two double beds; Units 12 and 13 are slightly larger with two doubles and one twin. All units have a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, alarm clock, cable TV and Telephone. The bathroom has stall type shower, (i.e. no tub). The building above starts with #11 on the left end to #16 on the right end. | ||

Units 21 to 24 are designed for 2 people. They each have Microwave, Refrigerator, Telephone, Coffee Maker, Cable TV, Alarm Clock and the bathroom has tub and shower. Unit 21 has a king size bed, Units 22 and 23 each have one queen size bed and Unit 24 has one double bed. These Units are all NON SMOKING, but there is a wide porch on the front with Adirondack chairs where smoking is allowed. The inside of UNIT 23 is Pictured at left: | |

| Regular Motel Rates $99 a night for two people. Two nights or more is $89 per night. Add $10. for each additional person Rates are higher for foliage weekends and lower during off Season periods. Look in LEFT COLUMN for complete rate sheet links. |

| It's usually cool at night. For that reason none of our units have air conditioning. (Average nighttime temp in July/August is 60 degrees). We do provide fans and windows that open for good cross ventilation. This may be an issue if you have allergies and must live in a closed-up environment. All motel units are NON SMOKING. |
