ACCOMMODATIONS GUIDE
 MOTEL AND APARTMENT UNITS

Simple, Family-Oriented Motel, Cottage and Apartment Units Spaciously Situated on 35 Riverfront Acres. Nothing fancy, No bell-hops, styley clothes, or staff fussing over your every sneeze and no "attitude"....just clean and functional units well off the main highway in a park-like setting on the Saco River. All our units are different, so pick the one you like best from the descriptions below.  All motel rates include a FREE Continental BREAKFAST !	MOTEL TYPE UNITS Units 11 through 16 (All are Non-Smoking)
	This Photo Shows the Motel Units #11 through 16.  The picture was taken from the children's playground.  All our units are way-off the main highway on 35 Acres of fields and forest.  The Saco River is about 400 feet behind these units.
Each Unit has two double beds, Private bath with stall type shower, a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. and Cable TV. There are windows on both the North and South side and the windows really open!  Units 12 and 13 are slightly larger and have an alcove with an additional twin size bed.  To reserve one of these type units ask for unit 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, or 16.  11 and 16 are the units on the ends of the building.  Click On Any Image for a Larger Version. IT'S USUALLY COOL AT NIGHT. FOR THAT REASON NONE OF OUR UNITS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. All units are provided with fans and good cross ventilation. Normal night time temperatures in July/August are 60 degrees.

MOTEL UNITS 21 through 24 (All are Non-Smoking) IN SEASON RATES: $94 / night or Less	Unit 21 has a King Size bed and is located on the end, closest to the Saco River. (picture below)  Units 22 and 23 each have one Queen Size bed, and Unit 24 has the distinction of being our smallest unit, it has one double bed. Click the link below to take a look inside Unit #23. All these units have Cable TV, a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and full bath with both tub and shower.  These units offer the same outstanding  view of the mountains and playground field.
This is the inside of Unit #23.  Your wireless laptop should work out on the porch.	AUTUMN FOLIAGE RATES SEP 26-OCT 13:  2 people in all the motel units is $129./NIGHT ON FRIDAY / SATURDAY.  MIDWEEK, JUST ONE NIGHT IS $89., TWO NIGHTS OR MORE IS $79 / NIGHT.  ADD $10.00 for EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON.

 APARTMENT TYPE UNITS
Units A - B - C and D

The Apartments at Sky Valley are in a building that was constructed between 1950 and 1965.  This first photo shows the entry and parking area of Apartment "A".  The photo below (taken October 2004) shows the profile of the building with Apartment "A" on the left, "B" is in the middle; "C" is on the ground floor right side with the big window, and "D" is the upper two floors on the right side of the building with its private entryway just behind the white lamppost.  These units have retained much of their original character with built in cabinets and woodwork, yet you will find the appliances and furnishings to be very current.  All units have telephone and 55 channel cable TV.  These are a fine choice for folks that don't mind "apartment-living"...i.e. close by neighbors.    While we endeavor to maintain things, there are some features of old buildings that just can't be "maintained-away".   If you're expecting a 2007 style "condo-type-unit", then these are NOT for you.

Apartment "A" is on two floors.  This side of the building was constructed in 1950, or there-a-bouts.  Downstairs has a combination kitchen living dining room with a slider to the front yard, picnic table and chairs.  The upstairs offers two bedrooms, one with a King Size bed and the other with four twin beds.  There is one full bath with tub and shower. SUMMER PRICES for up to four people is $169/night. Maximum is 6 people in Apartment "A".   Stay 6 nights and get the 7th night free. (In the same unit only) SEE RATE SCHEDULE LINK BELOW. Apartment "C" is one large fireplaced room on the ground floor with a Queen Size bed.  There is a full kitchen.  The bathroom is super sized with tub and shower. Maximum capacity is TWO people.  I have some pictures of the INSIDE of Apartment "C". Apartment "C" is NON Smoking  Click Here To Take A Look Apt "C" (max 2 people) is $109 a night.   Look at the Off Season Prices   Check Apt "B" or "C" Availability  Rate Schedule for Apt "B" or "C"	Apartment "B" is a 1955 vintage ground floor one bedroom unit.  It has the bedroom separate from the living room with a king size bed.  The combination kitchen living dining room has a hide a bed couch.   There is a full kitchen and a brick fireplace.  The bathroom has a stall type shower (no tub). Maximum is four people.   I have some pictures of the INSIDE of Apartment "B".  Click Here To Take A Look The SUMMER PRICE for Apt "B" for two people, is $119/night.  Stay 6 nights and get the 7th night Free. Apartment "D" is a 1965 vintage three plus bedroom apartment on the two upper floors of three story tower.  The first level has the bedrooms, two of which have one double bed, the third has one twin bed.  There's a sitting area with TV and a full bath.  The upper floor is a large open combination kitchen living dining area with another TV and large windows facing East, South and West. A New Unit At Sky Valley  (May 08)	PoolSide Apartment:  Is located at the East end of the Office Building next door to the new Poolside Cafe and Meeting Room. It features a king size bed, fireplace, 26" flat panel cable TV.  Large slate tile bathroom with heated-tub and shower.  Small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker.  Walk in closet.   Private outside entry.
