Simple, Family-Oriented Motel, Cottage and Apartment Units Spaciously Situated on 35 Riverfront Acres. Nothing fancy, but definitely not shabby. No bell-hops, or staff fussing over your every sneeze. Clean and functional units well off the main highway in a park-like setting on the Saco River. All our units are different, so pick the one you like best from the descriptions below.
IT'S USUALLY COOL AT NIGHT. FOR THAT REASON
NONE OF OUR UNITS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING.
All units are provided with fans and good cross ventilation through those old
fashioned windows that actually open.

Three Bedroom Bi-Level with 21 x 28 foot combination kitchen - living - dining room upstairs with excellent mountain views. The Chalet features sundecks on both the east and west ends of the unit, Franklin fireplace, carport and a washer/dryer. The lower level has 3 bedrooms, the first has one double bed, the second has one double and one twin and the third has bunk beds and a twin bed. There is one full bathroom. is all on one floor with two bedrooms. The West bedroom has three twin beds and the East bedroom has one double bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a combination kitchen living dining room in between with a hide-a-bed couch for expected or unexpected guests. Like all our cottages it is well separated from other units for your privacy, and it has baseboard central heat. All our units offer a telephone and cable TV. |

The other bedroom has four twin beds. Hide a bed couch in living room. Nice view to the south of Attitash/Bear Peak, view to the west of the children's playground and Bear Mountain, and a shaded deck on the North Side. This is the unit for folks that don't want to feel all closed-in. |  |
