	Jan 2012: Our sign was designed for the diving boards we had a few years back and have since been removed. We are working on a replacement and have come up with the concept on the right. Any Comments?
Cleaning out the Pool, Again. (My 35th year doing this little chore!

	April 2012: Bathroom renovations get underway in motel units 12, 14, 15 and 16.

	A wall plug...So What ? A $3000 electrical upgrade lies just behind this plug. Motel units 11-16 got GFI plugs in all the bathrooms and new wiring for the Air Conditioners we are adding to those units for 2012.

	We went exploring the various branches of the Saco River at Sky Valley. Tropical Storm Irene last August really made some changes.	Tropical storm Irene left us alot of new sand...just not in the right place: (April 2012)
		April 2012: Cottage 5 is getting painted a lighter color.
