	Feb 2011: On the right, I think in the 8th grade we learned about "Potential Energy". Here is a perfect example of that concept. The eventual collapse resulted in no damages. On left Dave is shoveling off the roof at Apartment "A"
	November 2011: (right) Early season snowstorm brought us a foot of snow. February 2011 Maureen
	March 2011: Built 4 new picnic tables. April 2011: Started the repainting project at Chalet #3.
	April 2011: Dark Stain at Chalet 3 gets replaced with brighter hues.
	April 2011: A bit of staining at Cottage 5 and new cedar shingles at Chalet 26
	May 2011: Chalet 26 sporting its new cedar shingles.
	May 2011: The bushes in front of Motel Units 11-16 were not very healthy, so, they got ripped out and disposed of. Dave working on the screen doors.
	June 2011: Cottage 6 gets a repaint job through out. Cottage 8 got the kitchen floor tile replaced and new living room carpeting.
	June 2011: After the pool got cleaned and painted Cree added a few decorations.
June 2011: The Japanese Crabapple Trees look real pretty for about one week in early June.
	May 2011: Finishing touches at Chalet 3. Maureen even does the art work...as she describes them "Tre Mo Chic"
	June 2011: At Apartment "C" we replaced the bathroom tub and shower, replaced bathroom window, floor, and did a complete repainting job.
	June 2011: Complete Re-do at Cottage 5. Replaced the 1970's barnboard siding with sheet rock and paint. Replaced lighting fixtures.
	June 2011: Repainted all the motel units exterior a more subtle shade. Added cedar shingles at Units 21 - 24
	June 8, 2011: Pool is all filled and ready to go. You got spared the details of the work necessary to get it to this point. July 2011: Our zero radius lawn mowing tractor looses it's engine...$1100 unexpected expense.
	August 27: Tropical Storm does major damages in the Bartlett area, but Sky Valley survived with no real issues. Crawford Notch Rte 302 was closed for about a month with two bridges washed out.
	The picture on right shows the river at about 9 feet deep during Tropical Storm Irene. This same scene would normally be 95% sand and rocks and 5% water.
	Sept 2011: Bushes have a way of growing way too big. These were never supposed to be so tall.
	September 2011: Maureen and Tarmey refinish a pedestal dining table.
		September 2011: At the Poolside Cafe we ripped out that green carpeting and replaced with tile flooring. Repainted the ceiling and added the beamed look. Also added more lighting.
	September 2011: Tree trimming, this year from the Apartment House to the Pool area.
	September 2011: Our tree trimming folks come for our once a year "one-day-do-as-much-as-you-can" event.
	September 2011: Dead birch trees around pool get taken out, from the top down.

	Nov 2011: After such a busy year, its back to Hatteras Island for a two week rest up before winter. If you go, check out The Cape Hatteras Motel. Townhouse type units directly on the water. We love it!
