You will find Sky Valley on Route 302 only 1 mile to ATTITASH, 5 miles to
STORYLAND, 10 miles to NORTH CONWAY.
Mount Washington Auto Road or Cog Railway are within 20 miles.

straight ahead through entry-way. Apartment "C" is on the right and

Our Apartments "A"; "B" and "C" were constructed in the early
1950's. We keep them current and well maintained both inside
and out while retaining most of the original "old flavor".
APARTMENT "B" INSIDE:

Your Kitchen has full sized refrigerator, gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee
maker and toaster. Dishes, pots, pans etc are included.
The bedroom has
a king size bed and windows both south and west.
One bathroom with tub and shower.
(The old shower is GONE. New Neo Angle Shower Unit installed May 2013)
Apartment "B" is a one bedroom
quaint country apartment with kitchen and fireplace.
The bathroom has a stall type shower (no tub).
It's on the ground floor and you will have a picnic table and gas grill
right outside your door.
The Sky Valley Swimming Pool or the Saco River Beach are easily accessible
with just a short walk.
COMFORTABLE FOR 2 PEOPLE BUT THE COUCH OPENS TO A FULL SIZE
BED,
USUALLY ONLY COMFORTABLE FOR KIDS.THE SEPARATE BEDROOM
HAS A KING SIZE BED, GOOD SIZED CLOSET.
THE KITCHEN HAS BUILT
IN CABINETS AND FULL SIZE STOVE AND REFRIGERATOR
