You will find Sky Valley on Route 302 only 1 mile to ATTITASH, 5 miles to
STORYLAND, 10 miles to NORTH CONWAY.
Mount Washington Auto Road or Cog Railway are within 20 miles.
We are always improving things: May 2013: Apartment "A" needed
an upgrade for its Patio and here is what we did. Hope you approve.
These apartments were constructed in the early 1950's. We make every
effort to keep the interior furnishings and exterior well maintained while
retaining the original character. We feel these units are clean,
comfortable and functional however, if you are expecting a 2010 vintage
style condo you will probably be dissappointed.

The west bedroom has two twin sized beds and one queen size bed, windows both
south and east. And, new for 2012, air conditioning.
Bathroom upstairs with tub & shower.
The east bedroom has one king size bed, windows to the south and east. And,
new for 2012, air conditioning.
The crib is optional....
55 channel cable TV and a good wi/fi signal.
Apartment "A" has an upstairs with two bedrooms and bathroom and downstairs
has a large kitchen dining area and mid-sized sitting area.
You will have your own picnic table and gas grill.
The Sky Valley Swimming Pool or the Saco River Beach are easily accessible
with just a short walk.
Your Kitchen has full sized refrigerator, gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee
maker and toaster. Dishes, pots, pans etc are included.
