This picnic area and fireplace is located near the children's playground, pool and office.  It is available to whom-ever would like to use it. 

Chalet #3 has three bedrooms, fireplace, full kitchen, one full bathroom and washer dryer.  Cable and Wi-Fi.; Air Conditioning upstairs.  Outside gas grill and picnic table.   Decks on east and west.  Great view west up the valley towards Bear Mountain and Crawford Notch.

Cottage #5 has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and kitchen.  One bedroom has three twin beds, the other has one double bed.  kitchen has full size stove/oven refrigerator.  cable tv, wi-fi, air conditioning.   All cottages have microwave and coffee maker, picnic table and gas grill.

Cottage #6 is closest to the Saco River.  Screen porch, a bedroom with one king and 2nd small bedroom with twin beds.  Kitchen. Cable tv in both the living room and the bedroom. WiFi internet. Air Conditioning.  Outside gas grill and picnic table.

Cottage #8 has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 twin beds.  Kitchen with full sized appliances, microwave and coffee maker.  Cable TV and Wi-Fi. Air Conditioning.  Picnic table and gas grill just outside your door.  Short walk to Saco River beach.   All our cottages are fully winterized and heated.

Chalet #26  is a large two bedroom unit with a fireplace.  One bedroom with a king size bed, the other with four twin beds.  A bathroom with each bedroom.  cable tv in living room and bedroom.  Kitchen and dining area with view out across fields to kids playground. Picnic table and gas grill just outside your door.  The bedrooms have air conditioning.  Short walk to Saco River beach.   All our cottages are fully winterized and heated.

Lots of Open Space   Sky Valley is situated on 35 acres fields, forest and 1400 feet private Saco River frontage.  The children's playground is in its own 5 acre setting near the motel units.  Everything is set back substantially from the Main Highway (Rte 302).
